This is so beautiful and I understood and felt every single word because her story is my story. Never again. Never. The only future love in store for me is the love of myself and that is a journey but at least I’m on it now and I’m no longer stuck. 💛

This is so painful to listen to. I felt every single word in this poem as if they were my own. I settled for the potential of this person, sacrificing myself so much that I couldn’t recognize who I was anymore. It felt like I was giving my life over and over for a sun rise I’ll never get to see. This lesson will forever change the core of my soul.
