Same drills, same moment, different story. Drill 1: Touch Inside (photo taken right after the touch) •Before: chest collapsed, muscled the touch with the inside leg. •After: extension through ankle/knee/hip, improved posture (heel-to-ear diagonal line) •Result: Efficient push-off that translates into explosiveness. Drill 2: Explosive Dribbling (photo before left foot plant) •Before: short stride, right leg not extending, left foot barely past right. •After: applied force into the ground, opened stride, right leg primed to fire for the next dribble. •Result: “running with the ball,” more distance covered in less time (speed). Drill 3: Directional Touch & Go (photo as ball hits receiving foot) •Before: weight is set back, weak/unbalanced position, feeling “stuck.” •After: right ankle under the knee, popped forward with touch instead of falling away. •Result: right foot drops under center of mass, strong/fast push-off & separation. Drill 4: Reactive 1v1 (photo as decision is made) •Before: chest collapsed, lead leg braked instead of exploding. •After: clean plant, body organized to skate free the other direction. •Result: no thinking — just reacting. Efficient mechanics applied to sport. Drill 5: Shift & Tuck (photo right before contact with ball) Before: feet almost cross, hips/shoulders still square to goal, had to “dig” ball out. After: replanted left foot, hips & shoulders turned, pushed through the touch. Result: quicker shift, more control over body, easier finish. Small adjustments will lead to big results. Train with purpose. #rcperformancetraining
