No mess no stress dinner 😊 One Pot Creamy Chicken Pasta:  Ingredients Chicken 2 chicken breasts 1 tbsp olive oil 1–2 tbsp butter 1 tsp Cajun seasoning 1 tsp smoked paprika 1 tsp sweet paprika 1 tsp Italian seasoning 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp onion powder Salt and black pepper, to taste Pasta & Sauce 8 oz dry rigatoni 24 oz heavy cream 24 oz chicken broth (add more if needed) 1 tsp Cajun seasoning 1 tsp smoked paprika 1 tsp sweet paprika 1 tsp Italian seasoning 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp onion powder 1–2 cups shredded cheese of your choice (I used mozzarella, sharp cheddar, and medium cheddar) Optional Garnish Fresh parsley, chopped Grated Parmesan cheese Red pepper flakes Instructions Season the chicken: Coat the chicken breasts with olive oil, Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, sweet paprika, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Let the chicken marinate in the refrigerator for 15–30 minutes for the best flavor. Cook the chicken: Heat a large pot or skillet over medium-high heat and cook the chicken for about 2–3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and fully cooked.
