We lived in El Paso for a couple of years and people crossed back and forth for work every day. One of my daughter’s teachers lived in Juarez. This MAGA mentality is crazy to me.

Is this Nuevo Progreso? I used to walk across with my grandfather many years ago. The walk across was just a chain link fence at the time. We'd spend the day eating and shopping. Great memories with my Buelito 🥹❤️

I would like to visit but I'm embarrassed I don't speak a word of Spanish. I understand some as it has cognate to French which I'm fluent in. My kids have never been outside New England 😔
