It us an HOA. They are your kings and queens. They rule over you with an iron fist. You have no power no say no rights at all. This is the law. It is all in the contract.

Ours is $200/year, and we run a surplus, most of the streets outside of cul de sacs now belong to the city. I can’t imagine why a HOA would need that much money. And if I have to have security 24/7 on th payroll I am moving to a place of less crime
