Doing 3 sets of 12 reps does NOT build muscle: ❌ If you drop the bar on rep 12 just because your routine says so, but you know you could’ve done 4-5 more… congrats, you just did a set that’s useless. Muscle can’t count, it only understands tension. 👉 Follow me so you don’t miss anything ✅ If you really want to mutate, apply this: Forget the magic numbers: 3x12 is useless if there’s no intensity. You have to go to failure or leave at most one rep in the tank (RIR 0–1). 🏋️ If the bar doesn’t slow down, it’s useless: An effective set hurts. If in the last reps the weight goes up at the same speed as in the first one, you’re just doing cardio. 📈 Progressive overload if you don’t want to hit a plateau. If today you move the same weight for the same reps as last month, your body has no reason to build muscle. Stop moving weight out of inertia just to check a box, chase intensity and start growing #GymTok #gym #motivation #fyp #viral
