I honestly don’t understand why people move into HOA’s especially when they’re going to input these and all kinds of crazy shit and basically tell you what to do with your own home. I will never ever have a house that is HOA associated.

hoa are criminally insane and shouldn't be able to do ANYTHING to a homeowner especially putting a lean on the house. if that was me I'd make it very clear how much I dislike them. I'd go to every meeting just to act a fool and mess up their meetings.
