make sure u dont sleep on the side u r getting it on, dont pick on the crusts and use aftercare solution like neilmed / saline soaks:) downsize!!! so it doesnt get caught on ur hair or clothing

i got a double helix in one go & i have a low pain tol… i’d say it’s my most painful piercing & it took more than a year to be 101% fully healed xD but it’s so worth it, pain is temporary!! 😆
