Happened to me at Haneda airport when I learned there was only 1 Delta flight leaving that day which meant I couldn’t check my very heavy suitcases until the front desk opened. I was so tired and my feet hurt so bad I almost started crying 😭

United Airlines that I always fly with will start checking in 4 hours prior to departure time. I usually use “Coin locker” at various levels/locations to store my suitcases. The go devouring as much I can. 😁

I mean yes but also everyone starts queueing up for the flight wayyyy early. if you get there 2 hours before, u could be at the back of the check in line and risk missing ur flight

I just flew out of Narita yesterday back to the US. We checked in and dropped off our bags about 3+ hours before our flight. Could be the airline we were on (Singapore Airlines).

I travel to multiple countries in Asia and from Australia and check in is always 2 hours before flight. Gate is about an hour before flight.
