Not sure if you journal or not. Write what you eat and the exercises, weights etc down. If you keep track that way, you will see a pattern that can help you not just to lose more physically but mentally you will have an answer.

I promise you mama coming from a gym girl that doesn’t mean you’re not losing weight you’re just gaining muscle mass because you’re working out. It’s a good thing. Just keep things consistent. You will keep losing weight. The scale might stay the same but that doesn’t mean your progress isn’t changing.

i believe in you so much, ur weight loss is so encouraging and idk why ur story hits me so close but i am so proud of how far u have come. you are such a positive person in everyone’s lives who u are influencing, but that does not mean u are not aloud to be discouraged or disappointed this is a long hard journey, so try not to be so focused on the bump in the road ur running into.. look at all u have done and how much better ur doing and how far you’ve come since the beginning. i am proud of you!

Do you only weigh once a week? I'm aware that daily doesn't work for everyone but I've noticed that for me it gives a much better picture of my overall progress when I look at the average from an entire week and month. Weight fluctuation from day to day can be significant and if you happen to weigh yourself only on a day your weight is up a bit it can seem like you're not making progress. You have already achieved so much I know you can get trough this and the scale will start going down again ❤️

Your feelings are valid. It’s so frustrating. But you are still killing it because you are staying consistent. Tweak your calories a little, cut 100 a day and see if that helps. Also, if you have upped your protein in the form of meat, it moves through your system slower. Make sure you’re drinking plenty of water and getting enough fiber.

Don’t beat yourself up! If I may make a suggestion, don’t focus on the scale. Take photos so that you see your progress through the photos. You lost 147 pounds! That’s awhole person, be happy about this. So you’re in this little plateau it won’t last forever, but you still have lost so much. Keep pushing, wipe your tears away. Keep speaking positively, because a lot of this comes from our mind. Focus on changing your mindset. God bless you

I will second the people saying to try weighing daily. weight fluctuates a lot and that will give you a better idea of how it's going overall. do you use any apps to help with the tracking? Libra or Happy scale are great to give you the full picture and trend
