Here is an easy homemade galbi marinade that I use for about 5-6lbs of galbi: - 1/2 cup soy sauce - 1/2 cup brown sugar or white sugar - 1/2 onion - 1 apple or 1 Korean pear - 10 garlic cloves - 1 Tbsp ginger - 1/2 Tbsp black pepper - 1/2 Tbsp sesame oil - Marinate overnight for best results
