If my shift isn’t absolute hell then I’ll give myself 30 minutes at the gym then eat and go to bed and do it all over again the next day lol

This is also I’ve been struggling with. But it depends on the day! I try to workout 4-5x a week but honestly working on your feet all day long is exercise in its own. I listen to my body and if I’m feeling too tired or need to relax after a long shift then I do that. Your body also needs rest to grow
