Just had this happened to me after driving 7 hours to Alaxandria Va to pick up my 2025 Gx550 luxury plus, I was told my 2022 4 runner trade in would be whatever carmax will determine trade in amount so I got a quote from carmax of $39500. But all they would give $37000. So I had my choice to accept or walk away

The Lexus dealership in Monterey try to add on a $200 fee on top of my basic oil change. They didn’t tell me I just asked what was included in the basic oil change. They said it was for an all-around point check. What a scam.
