I found working out first thing in the morning lgave me enough energy to get things done when I get back. I’d do dishes, clean my bedroom and place real quick before showering and heading to work, and I’d make a list of what I needed to do that day! Then I felt like I made progress once I started crossing things out of that list.

It possible that procrastinating can become a habit, therefore, you can try to make a new habit of doing the "thing" immediately and making that the norm. Remember it takes about 30 days to break a habit or start a new one.

I don't have any tips to help sadly 😔. But I get it. I have medication that I need to take everyday which realistically is a quick thing to get over but I always dread when it comes to the time I need to do it. So it's a constant battl. But I guess if I didn't take them I wouldn't get better and the same can be applied to you if you don't do your exercises your shoulder won't get better. ❤️❤️❤️
