@mama_of_a_type_one: Yesterday I was driving home from a Dr. appointment out of town going 60-65 mph when my tire blew. I was already in the slow lane thank goodness! I had to stop right away in crazy traffic flying by. I went to open my back hatch & see if I could even attempt to change my tire. Well my new to me car didn’t have the tools to even access my spare so I was quite literally stranded. I called a non emergency phone number & they were sooooo kind & said they would send someone out after giving them my location. They said it may take a while so to be patient. It was HOT outside,…92 degrees. After waiting about 20-25 minutes, a nice man stops and asks what’s going on. He didn’t have to. He wasn’t even the officer who I was waiting on. He grabbed his tools & started working as I’m thanking him a thousand times. while crying) Well his tool didn’t fit my wheel. At that moment, an Officer pulls up. He has this multi tool & it works!!! He was from Australia even! We’re in the middle of Indiana & he came here to live!!! Wild. Anyways, big thank you to these two guys. It took some time to change it because they lug nuts weren’t easy to get off. They even guided me back onto the highway so cars didn’t get me. And followed me a bit as well as I still had a ways to go. #indiana #carmel #goodpeople #bekind
