@ur_fav_baldie: just want to keep it real with everyone…although it’s something I live with everyday it’s still a something I struggle with accepting. That is my alopecia The little, constant reminders everytime I catch myself in a mirror/reflection, raise a hand to swirl my “hair”, or when I’m doing my makeup in the morning… It’s just the insecurities starting to rise up again or the hormones going out of wack lol but nonetheless it’s frustrating to pile on having no hair with other insecurities I have…skin, bloating, eyebrows, eyelashes etc. ROTD: give yourself grace and understanding, we are our own harshest critics…I know I am #alopecia #alopeciaawareness #fyp #urfavbaldie #upanddown

My regrowth started as small patches of bair. some would fall back out, other patches grew in. Then it just all filled in.
