Keep investigating if you get diagnosed with fibromyalgia. A lot of doctors diagnosis people with this because there is no definitive test and they can be lazy. I was diagnosed and kept pushing for answers. Turns out I had adhd, an auto immune disease proved by blood tests, and a few other things.

pro tip for those with fibromyalgia: stretch the hell out of those muscles. stretch every single day. if you have a massage roller, even better but you have to do it consistently. like especially the thighs if you have knee pain most often.

most people who have fibromyalgia, also have cherry angioma and no one has made this link!! they're very rare in people under 30, and considered to be age related but fibromyalgia sufferer's have reported having them since puberty age!! raise awareness!

The pain we feel is pretty much a normal day for us. I understood that more than anything when 1 day my partner sat on my legs and all the pain just vanished for a brief moment... instant realization about the pain I am in on a daily base... broke down crying. Oh how I long for that singular moment of being pain free for just a second 😔
