You can refuse the tests. Let them take you in and do the work they get paid to do. Never help them in a case against yourself. Your lawyer would say the same.

Had a flat on Highway once... it was negative 20 degress.Highway Patrol ONLY stopped to see if I had been drinking..NOT to help!! Drove away left me stranded once he realized he couldn't extract any money from me. gotta love it.
