The DWP rep was rolling her eyes repeatedly during my PIP appeal, would that count?

how do you deal when you complain about a manager for saying something but their response is always I don’t remember?

I get accused of sighing when I'm just taking a deep breath. id be accused of discrimination often. mid sentence I'll stop and take a breath which sounds like a sigh lmao

Yes. I’ve experienced this when advocating for my family with disabilities. I’m autistic, but don’t consider myself disabled except when someone disables me.

Yes. Because the real bullies know how to work the system. If people just went to their works, treated people with respect and held their employer accountable for poor performance (disabled people are more likely to be targeted and unsupported yet hated if out of work and on benefits) then we would be fine. I understand though that poor culture is the main issue for blaming individuals

We can’t even let air out our lungs too quickly without being dragged in front of a tribunal.

disabilities adjustments are there to support those who can do the work to access that work, not protect people who can't do the work from their failure to meet the necessary standards

Ambulance chasers have evolved, what reasonable adjustment would the employer need to put in for the persistent lateness, or not performing their role. how's that equality to the other employees.
