majority of community theatres have every day rehearsals with times from like 5-8 or 5-9. for a lot of people that isn't feasible.

I’m a part of two community theatres near me (and there’s like a billion more nearby) and I rehearse three days a week from 7-9 or 8-10 and the other theatre is more kid focused so we do 5-7 so they can be in bed on time. there’s not always options that fit everyone, but don’t write it off before you’ve even looked around.

LITERALLYYYY it’s so ridiculous how looked down upon community theatre is… it is literally the best experience with theatre I have ever had in my life and people still view it with upturned noses it sickens me
