chloe firstly fair play, it's not always easy to express how you feeling, so for you to show/ talk about these kind of moments it shows how open/vulnerable your being bur also how strong that you able to talk about this

Firstly I would just like to say Thank You, I actually needed to hear this today! Secondly if you'd permit I'd add one other thing, Put yourself First, and I don't mean in a demand things kinda way, but say no to plans if you're tired, don't take on too much that you have no free time etc, by doing those things for other people you might feel in the moment you are putting others first but you're actually putting them second, if you don't give youself the time you need to reset then you don't present your best self to the world, and that's where the hurt can come in. Love your content!

What about staying silent on important topics is bad. And promoting a film with Mossad in isn't a good thing to do

By the age of 25 I had endured a lot of family deaths including mum and dad, as I’ve got older (47 now) this is something I’ve really struggled with, now having councilling this has really helped

Well said Chloe 👏 💯
These are exactly my conclusions.
I learnt them the hard way, through life experience and I'm obviously still learning, even though I'm 60.

Personally I think closure is a myth you just deal with it better a bit like grief as a single 42 year old male I've learnt the hard way to not stress about things you can't control

Everyone of these are absolute fact. I lost my best friend in 2021 and it completely woke me up to how I was living my life
