But we don’t control our thoughts, I believe we can control weather or not we ponder on it all day but literally to control them isn’t possible. For me at least. You can’t tell me “don’t think abt a pink elephant” and expect that not to be the first thought on my mind. I do try to redirect my thoughts when they are straying anyway to negativity
