Oh my God, this happened to me and it was the worst!! I couldn’t even figure out what to buy. I literally only grabbed skin tint and underwear. We flew in from the U.S. to London just one day before our cruise. Mind you, I had been planning my outfits for a month… BA ended up delivering our luggage 15 minutes before the ship took off. The reliefff😂😂

Would love to know the timeframe AF reimburses you. They lost our luggage on return flight, waited 21 days to file claim per their policy, no reimbursement 10 days out past that. And good luck calling them, non existent customer service.
