Not because I’m trying to be polite lol but because I used to inhale food like a starving dog. Now I chew longer, breathe between bites, and actually feel when I’m full. 🟦 2 I brush my teeth after dinner Minty toothpaste hits my tongue and I’m done. The idea of eating anything sweet after that is just nasty. It’s the signal that the kitchen is closed. 🟦 3 I eat with my non-dominant hand Feels awkward, but that’s the point. Slows me down so I can’t mindlessly shovel food. Forces me to focus on every bite. 🟦 4 I sip water between bites I’m not guzzling it, just sipping. It gives my stomach time to catch up with my brain.
