I walked into Ashley furniture store to purchase mattresses once … passed numerous employees talking to each other and none of them greeted me or approached me in the mattress section to assist. As i passed them again to walk out one employee stops me at the door to see if he could help me… no thank you and I will never go back

Wanting to comment again in hopes others will see it. I worked at Ashley (office not sales) and my location and the one I did quality calls for had the same issues and MANY more, beware of Ashley Furniture!
