We did the exact same thing with my babies…. husband slept at night and got up with our other kids while baby and I slept in bc of EBF too , it works out perfectly that way tbh

I agree with your husband not needing to wake up. Little different if they’re bottle fed but for the most part I enjoyed my little night time cuddles 😩
