@crystalcfrasier: • 6 tablespoons butter • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk • 1/4 tsp salt • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract • 10 oz mini marshmallows • 6 cups rice cereal In a large pot, toast the rice cereal for 5-6 minutes over medium heat. Then place into a bowl. Then, slowly melt the butter over medium heat. Once the butter is melted, pour in the sweetened condensed milk. Stir in the salt and vanilla. Add in 1/3 of the marshmallows and let them melt into the butter/condensed milk mixture. Turn off the heat and add in the second 1/3 of the marshmallows and let them mostly melt. Finally, add in the last 1/3 of the marshmallows. Stir in the rice cereal until they’re all covered in marshmallow mix. Pour into your prepped pan and press very slightly into the pan. Make sure you don’t press too firmly or else the final result will be hard instead of nice and soft.
