It is so unfortunate how when it comes to veganism, people get really defensive and are unwilling to look at how their selfish desire for animal flesh contributes to the system that is quite literally destroying our planet. Unless you have severe food allergies or live in an area where it’s impossible to find plant-based foods, there’s really no excuse to continue to eat meat and dairy.
