My first ever flight is tomorrow, & I will be alone, things like this are huge for me since I struggle severely with anxiety. I’ve been feeling very nervous at just the thought of slipping up or feeling lost, my anxiety has been through the roof adapting to changes like this, from being in a psychiatric hospital a week before taking my very first flight alone to be in my very first real relationship it’s mind blowing for me but thank you because this video managed to ease my mind quite a bit. :)

Also, If you need to eat at the airport before your flight, find your gate first and then find food close to your gate !:) i find that helps my anxiety
