I have that exact circuit tracer. I'd have to say from a homeowner stand point 100% worth the money and pretty accurate. the accuracy probably isn't as good on commercial sites. but a simple home is from my experience pretty accurate

although a lot pricier the klein advanced tracer kit is much better and 10x more accurate at tracing circuits live or dead and has many more features.
