@chacekitchen: Gochujang chicken wraps🌶️ For the wrap: Large tortilla or wrap (I love @Guerrero Tortillas Sonora style) Gochujang chicken Carrot/cucumber/cabbage slaw Gochujang ranch Chicken marinade: 4 chicken thighs 2 tbsp avocado oil 1.5 tbsp Gochujang paste 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar 1 tbsp soy sauce 1 tbsp honey 1 tbsp brown sugar 1 tsp ginger paste 6 cloves garlic, minced 1/4 cup green onion, chopped 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp pepper 1/2 tsp onion powder 1/2 tsp garlic powder Slaw: Two carrots, cut into batons 1/2 cucumber, cut into batons 1/8 purple cabbage, thinly sliced 3 tbsp green onion, chopped 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar 1 tbsp soy sauce Splash of ponzu Splash of sesame oil Sesame seeds Ranch: ¼ cup mayo ⅓ cup greek yogurt 1 tsp buttermilk Handful of dill Handful of green onion 1 clove garlic Juice ½ lemon 2 tsp Gochujang paste Additional buttermilk (if needed) Salt and pepper, to taste Method: Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until mixed.
