I’m guessing the sound is not original to the video. But if we’re going off the video there’s more than just oil on those coils. That looks like water also.

I have a 06 Infiniti m35 , I changed my spark plugs and ignition coils along with air intake. On the driver side where the intake is, the 3rd spark plug under the throttle body was covered in oil but the other 5 wasn’t. I put everything back together and I took it back apart and there was oil in that cylinder but not the other, I took off everything even valve covers , there was still oil in there.
