Bought fruit with a 4 just to try this. Nothing...no wax, no nothing came off when scraped.

Well, in Canada three and four means it’s convectional growing nine is organic, but eight is genetic modified so don’t ever buy those apples or any type of fruit with 8

all North American produce have over 160ppm nitrates even in backyards whereas Xinjiang far apples had nearly zero. also ALL double egg yolk moon cakes from China had ZERO nitrates. we have a food lab. so, we buy $200 to $300 of moon cakes every year in Vancouver Canada

Unfortunately, organic and “clean” fruit ie. without pesticides and wax are out of reach for the man on the street in many countries. Unless the man on the street and his family want to starve, there are no other options but to only eat what personal budgets can afford.
