Gentle parenting shows empathy, compassion, emotional intelligence, consequences and boundaries... Every child can be gentle parented... SUCCESSFULLY. Gentle parenting is NOT the same as PERMISSIVE PARENTING.

agree with all but the gentle parenting one. gentle parenting is basically knowing how to regulate your emotions, and teaching them to be able to do that too. which is more helpful in the boss situation.

Gentle parenting gets a bad rap, it’s not about being gentle it’s really about how you speak to your child and obviously a bunch of other stuff but it really does works, unfortunately you have to start it at a young age like from the moment they’re born.

Theres a difference between gentle parenting and passive parenting though. Gentle parenting actually has some merit if used correctly. Its not about them acknowledging their actions and you not over reacting for things like accidents

But my kid is all the way allergic to the adjuvants in the vaccines. She got a meducal exenption from an UCLA specialist in allergies. So rather deal with smallpox than anaphylactic shock.

Soooooo you had me until the vaccines. My daughter who is 8 years old can't get any vaccines after she had an adverse reaction to her 2 year shots thst landed her in the hospital. I'm big on let patents decide what is best for their child.
