@jens_gardenshop: 📦 Sometimes people don’t realize the impact their actions have on small shop owners… Recently, one customer said they didn’t receive their package even though tracking shows delivered. Because of that one report, my shop score dropped by 0.4 points. That might not sound like much, but TikTok uses that score to decide how much traffic a shop gets. Since then, my views have dropped a lot. I even messaged the customer to help resolve it, but never got a reply. ⚡️So here’s a reminder: please be a good person. Communicate, check with neighbors, look around for your delivery.
