That cop literally read the definition of disorderly conduct out loud — “violent, abusive, indecent, profane, boisterous conduct that disturbs the peace” — and then still tried to shoehorn a middle finger into it. A non-violent, silent hand gesture isn’t “violent” or “boisterous,” and it sure as hell doesn’t “disturb the peace” just because some kids might see it at a gas station. That’s not law, that’s just contempt of cop.
