1 out of 10 waterfalls are actually what I’d consider waterfalls. But I do still appreciate the little splish splash going on the other 9 times I guess

OMG we did a grueling hike on a back trail of our hotel in a Canadian island. Like super steep, muddy, bugs, bear prints that freaked us out as we’re not used to it. But it was called the waterfall trail and the harder the hike got the more I romanticized the waterfall and the little swimming hole it would create etc. It kept getting longer but we kept hearing water falling so we always felt like we were about to make it
