How do you not know what GIS is yet are a cop, no less a city employee?? Its just absolutely crazy that they require less training/schooling than a hair dresser and can reject people applying to be a cop if they are too smart/not dumb enough. (Jordan vs City of New London Connecticut. A police applicant scored a 33 on the intro test. Only issue is the police only hire scores *between* 20 and 27. So they turned him down due to being too smart.
