But do we really? We romanticize the good stuff but do we really miss bullying, being controlled, having to go to school, not being able to escape parents that fought all the time, spankings with a belt, and not having a voice? I’m fine where I’m at ❤️

we never knew it would be our last time riding down the water slide in our friends yard,the last time we watched our childhood cartoon, the last time we hung out with our neighborhood friends, or the last time we jumped on a trampoline......this hits home for sure and brings back so many memories when I hear this sound. Its indescribable really. but where did all the time go? if only it lasted longer

in my defense when I said I couldn't wait to grow up in the 90s I meant I wanted to grow up and be a 90s adult NOT a 2025 adult....there's a big difference 😭
