They’re paying the fine that amounts less than a third of what they made on overcharged items so they still made two thirds or more, so it’s a slap on the wrist. And not a penny of the fine goes anywhere for people that were overcharged, the government is keeping it to do with as they please. So yeah.. they still made big profits and they can definitely afford to do it again.
