@gj.sweetandsavoury: 💥BALOCHI CHICKEN 💥 INGREDIENTS: 700 gms Chicken One cup Oil One Cup water 1 tsp salt 1 tsp garlic 5-6 green chilies 4 garlic crushed 1 tbsp Cumin seeds 1 tbsp coriander seeds 1 tbsp red chili flakes 7-8 black pepper whole 1/2 tsp black pepper 2-3 tbsp lemon Cover and Boil the chicken with oil, water, salt and garlic, for 12 mins, uncover and cook until water dries off and only Oil is left. Add chilli and garlic, saute chicken for 7-8 mins until a nice golden color is achieved. Remove extra oil if you like. Sprinkle lemon juice and Add the prepared Balochi Masala generously.
