I mean if she’s intoxicated she’s a lot less likely to comply. People become disinhibited and lose judgment capabilities in that state. When people say “WHY CANT THEY COMPLY? THEY COULD JUST XYZ!” well the answer is … it’s hard for them to! No surprise there.

I don’t understand why the police officer has to go round and round and round and round with them. Tell them what you want. Tell them the consequences if they don’t do it they arrest them simple. Don’t need 10 minutes of arguing back-and-forth.

Ppl keep saying she isn’t driving so it shouldn’t matter, but it does matter because she’s sitting in the driver seat with the keys in the ignition!!! Regardless if she was driving or not she’s sitting in the driver seat and the car is running and she’s under the influence!!
