not that my opinion matters but as we all do I have one and I will have to say you are one of my favorite most inspirational ladies I watch you all the time and girl you better keep that makeup off because you look so amazing that I'm sitting here in shock I knew you were gorgeous but holy crap girl I know you probably wear that makeup just because it's fun but I just wanted to remind you that you are whole you are beautiful exactly the way our creator made you perfect because you're the only you that will ever exist in this life that will remember anyway 😎 thank you so much for all that you speak on and all the help that you bring to all of us who have been in trauma most of our lives it's life-giving and I really appreciate that

the problem with that kind of message " it starts and ends with you " , while it is good to encourage people to take responsibility for everything and that is probably good for them , but it does ignore the fact that no. you literally cant control everything not even most of the things, at best you can control "some"things.
