I would listen to your doctor and request and MRI on your brain and spine to check the nerves

Do you have EDS? It’s very common to have when you’ve got gastroparesis etc and it causes me pain all over in my bones, muscles, ligaments tendons everything everyday

honestly go to the hospital to get yourself checked out. best to get things under control before your symptoms get worse xx

If it’s linked to FND, then painkillers like codeine etc won’t help as much as it’s a neurological reason. Meds like amitripline etc that help with nerve pain may be better then painkillers if that makes sense
