Glute shape comes down to genetics—muscle insertions, height, and fat distribution all play a role. I’ve got long glutes, which means building them is a long game. They’re built for strength and power, not that short, round ‘pop’ look you see on some people. I wish the internet would be more honest about this. You’re either built to create this look or you not. You can’t change insertions, only build on what you’ve got.
