That is not a fair trade. If you can help someone get the last pokemon for their dex and it’s not a legendary, just breed it with a ditto and trade the level 1 baby for something random.

That’s not a fair trade. That’s taking advantage of a almost monopoly like market… if he had an easy way to trade with other players, then his dragonite would never be on the table.

That's still not fair, because just being pokedex filler is not as important as a strong pokemon like Dragonite, and the low spawn rate of Riscue can be counteracted with Dratini/Dragonair's low spawn rate and high time cost to evolve. So IMO Dragonite is worth more than an Eiscue.

A fair trade is dependent on how much value is placed on the items being traded, meaning if he really wants the eiscue he needs to pay an equal price/value to the other item which is dragonite so they are equal lol

Ehh this depends. How much work did he put into his Dragonite??? Is it a main on his team??? Did he take the time to IV and EV train it??? Was it hatched as a Dratini and raised to Dragonite???

It also depends on what the person intends to do with the dragonite too in my opinion. But since Dragonite can be found in the wild, it isn't that bad of a trade overall
