I’ve done all this multiple times over the past few months and still nothing. I get the email saying they are looking in to it but still nothing. I’ve tried other ways of reporting and I’ve received auto responses telling me I don’t fit the criteria to change it because I’ve not used TT in the uk for 30 days - I absolutely have 🤦🏼♀️I’ve submitted proof and checked VPN etc but still nothing. I’ve reported it to the TT DPO multiple times and now I’m at the point of reporting it to the ICO but they have a 29 week wait list to even review your email 😩😩
