The way my predominantly immigrant neighborhood is showing up for each other right now is so beautiful. We’re checking on each other, bringing each other food, sharing resources. I keep saying the most important part of the resistance is knowing your neighbors name.

I WANT to help - but right now I can’t figure out how to do that within the chaos of my day to day life. coming out of the pandemic really shook people reality. emotional health makes a difference. if u have repressed fear. u dont feel safe and you literally slip into denial. we are living breathing trauma. idk that can be overcome
