I partially agree. Tipping for every beer you’re pouring me bc your employer isnt paying you what you’re supposed to be getting paid and I’m supposed to tip to make up those wages don’t make sense.

Being polite and patient has gotten me free shots and drinks. I end up paying for them by overtipping though 😂 It’s a token of my appreciation…yes I’m a brokie but if I can’t afford to tip I don’t go out.

Always tip your bartender! At the end of the day, my tips were always more than enough but some don't get tipped nearly enough for a cheeseburger! Best job though!

Your tip should be based off of the amount of effort that gets put into what your ordered, such as pouring a beer or mixing 7 different drinks into a cocktail
