Bloodworms are negative on bettas health, these worms are responsible for dropsy infections and organs damage and failure.. they hold a lot of germs !!

Hi, I have a problem with one of my girls. I got her in August, she has a 15 gallon tank that she shares with some shrimps and two snails. Its heavily planted and she has lots of hiding spots. She is swimming around normally, exploring and interacting with me. But she looks really fed fat. (No pineconing or showing other signs of illness). She is also eating good. I fast her once a week but she still looks like that. (She was pretty big when I got her). I dont know what could cause this...She is literally my first fish. I have a second female in another 15 gallon and she doesnt look that bad bloated :(
